Refund Policy

1. Overview
We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains when you may be entitled to a refund of credits you have purchased through Pak Soft Skill Certificate.
2. Eligibility
You may request a refund if any of the following apply:
- You were charged but credits were never added to your wallet within 72 hours of admin verification.
- A technical fault on our side prevented a successful certificate generation and the credit was deducted regardless.
- You were the victim of unauthorized access to your account, confirmed by our security team.
3. Non-refundable cases
- Credits already consumed for successful certificate generation.
- Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after the original purchase.
- Issues caused by changes to the Pak Soft Skills website outside our control.
- Violation of our Terms of Service, including fraudulent payment proof.
4. How to request a refund
Send an email to support@pakskills.example.com with the following details:
- Your registered account email.
- The payment ID or transaction reference number.
- A clear description of the issue and any supporting screenshots.
5. Processing time
Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Some local payment providers may take longer; we will keep you informed throughout.
