Getting started

What is Pak Soft Skill Certificate?
It is a Chrome browser extension and member portal that helps you finish Pak Soft Skills courses faster by automating slide progression and assisting with certificate generation.
Do I need to create an account to use the Extension?
Yes. The Extension uses a credit-based model, and credits are tied to your account. You can sign up for free in seconds and start with the credits we provide on registration.
Is the Extension safe to install?
Yes. It is published on the Chrome Web Store and only requests the minimum permissions necessary. We do not access pages outside Pak Soft Skills.

Credits & payments

How does the credit system work?
One credit = one certificate generation. You can buy credits from your dashboard. They never expire.
How do I pay?
We currently support manual local payment methods (bank transfer, mobile wallet). After you submit a payment with proof, our team verifies it within 24–72 hours and your wallet is credited automatically.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in certain cases. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Account & privacy

How do I delete my account?
Sign in, go to Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account, enter your password and the confirmation phrase, and your account along with all associated data will be permanently removed.
What data does the Extension collect?
Your account credentials (which stay on your device) and minimal activity events for credit accounting. We do not read pages outside of Pak Soft Skills, and we do not sell or share your data.
Where is my data stored?
On secure servers operated by our infrastructure providers. All transport is over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed with industry-standard algorithms.

Troubleshooting

The Extension shows 'Not logged in'.
Open the panel, click Sign in, and enter your account credentials. If the issue persists, log out and log back in.
My credit was deducted but no certificate was generated.
This is rare. Email support with your account email and the timestamp; we will refund the credit after verification.
Auto-progress is too fast / too slow.
Open the floating panel and adjust the cadence to your preference.
