Request account deletion
Use this form if you can't sign in or otherwise can't delete your account from inside the dashboard. We'll process your request within 7 business days and email a confirmation.
What gets deleted
- Your user profile (name, email, password hash).
- Your wallet balance and credit-transaction history.
- Your payment submissions and any associated screenshots.
- Quiz answers and certificate-generation logs linked to your account.
If you're still signed in, you can also delete your account immediately from Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account.
