Terms of Service

Effective date: May 7, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pak Soft Skill Certificate (the "Extension") and the website at http://localhost:3000 (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Pak Soft Skill Certificate. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account. By creating an account you represent that the information you provide is accurate and current.

2. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at support@pakskills.example.com of any unauthorized access.
  • One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

3. Credits and payments

  • The Service operates on a credit-based model. One (1) credit is consumed each time a certificate is generated.
  • Payments are made through manual local methods (bank transfer, mobile wallet, etc.) and are reviewed by our team before credits are issued.
  • Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
  • Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase and may change with notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service.
  • Use automated means to create multiple accounts or evade rate limits.
  • Submit false or fraudulent payment proof.
  • Resell, rent, or repackage the Service or its outputs.
  • Use the Service to misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or completed coursework to third parties in a way that constitutes fraud.

5. Third-party services

The Extension interacts with the Pak Soft Skills platform but is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Government of Pakistan, Ignite, or any operator of Pak Soft Skills. You remain solely responsible for complying with the terms of those services.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its source code, trademarks, and content, is owned by Pak Soft Skill Certificate and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7. Termination

  • You may close your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
  • Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. Sections that by their nature survive termination (e.g., disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL PAK SOFT SKILL CERTIFICATEBE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR PKR 5,000, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pak Soft Skill Certificate and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Pakistan, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
